If you really like movies about evil, secret organizations, extremely violent behavior and mutant effects, then Baoh will probably be your favorite movie. It is all of these to an extreme.

A secret organization called Doress has developed a parasite called Baoh which ".. lives in your brain and won't let you die" by causing mutations in the host, which is also called Baoh.

When Hashizawa Ikuroo is seriously hurt in an auto accident, he becomes the first human subject of the Baoh experiments. Ikuroo manages to escape from Doress along with a young girl named Sumire who has powerful precognitive abilities. Ikuroo new abilities begin to develop as he and Sumire begin to run for their lives from Doress agents.

Baoh has a pretty good story but also has more physical violence then any movie I have ever seen, except maybe Ninja Scroll or Curse of the Undead: Yoma.
